1/ COMPLIMENTARY DESIGN CONSULTATION
All projects begin with a complimentary consultation, either in person, over the phone, or via Skype, where we will discuss your event, your vision, and your design ideas. Our goal is to establish a jumping off point to start your design and for me to get to know a little about you.
2/ PROJECT PROPOSAL
Following your consultation you will be provided with a customized project proposal containing pricing, timeline for your invitaitons, design agreement & questionnaire. Designing will begin once the signed contract, 50% deposit, & questionnaire has been received.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable and covers the cost of any design work and materials needed to create your order.
Now for the fun part! You will receive 3 custom design ideas in digital pdf proofs. After the initial artwork, we’ll perfect your invitations with up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are $50 each. The design process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to finalize, depending on how many options you would like to explore.
4/ SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE
Before any printing can begin, you will be sent a final digital proof to review for grammar, spelling, punctuation and accuracy of information. Once everything is perfect, you will sign the print approval and everything will be sent to print. At this time, your final invitation count, addresses and remaining balance are due.
5/ PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Printing and production of invitations can take between 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity of order and availability of paper goods. All items are delivered to you unstuffed and unsealed. Rush orders can be accommodated, depending on the production schedule for an additional fee. Once invitations are complete, arrangements for picking up or shipping will be made to get your invitations to you.
